"Leaving a legacy while enjoying life's delicacies"

Before graduating high school, Amine Hammedi was very fortunate to get a taste of the real estate business. What began as a marketing internship planting Open House signs and taking pictures of properties for investors, developed into having bought, sold and invested in dozens of properties 10 years later.

Graduating from American University shortly after the real estate market crashed wasn't ideal for Amine, but he managed to adapt by starting a construction company that would handle renovations for investors. He was able to observe how successful investors operated first hand as he also had a real estate license. Speaking four languages helped him connect with different investors from diverse cultural backgrounds.

From seeing how they analyzed deals to turning a profit, Amine leveraged that knowledge a few years later and partnered with his friend Seyi who he met on the soccer field at American University and went on to flip properties successfully, averaging 35% net profit per deal.

Amine enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, reading and giving back to the community by donating his time to non profits like Montgomery Hospice, Martha's Table and Collaborative Solutions for Communities. Amine is also involved with Rotary International.

Co-Founder

"The world will deliver the value you bring to it"

Seyi has lived 'outside the box' both personally and professionally all his life. A few months after his birth in Washington DC, he moved to West Africa with his parents, both successful entrepreneurs. Years later, Seyi attended Boarding School in Great Britain.

He returned to Washington DC at sixteen to attend American University obtaining an undergraduate degree in International Business. During that period he took one semester off independently to explore international business in Asia, Africa and Europe.

Upon graduation, Seyi briefly pursued a career with a major management consulting firm. It didn't take him too long to establish that his passion lay elsewhere. Seyi established himself as an avid student of the psychology and methodologies of personal success, while taking an active interest in real estate investments. During this time, he and his partners established what is now Nile Equity Group.

He believes in giving back to the community and is a supporter of The Wealth Club, a non-profit program serving Washington DC metropolitan youth and young adults. He's taught at seminars and has been a speaker on radio. Seyi loves to read and is an avid sportsman.
