Amine Hammedi is the Co-Founder of Nile Equity Group, a Washington, DC-based private equity real estate firm managing over $100M in assets across multifamily and retail properties in the DC metro area and North Carolina.

Amine's path in real estate began before he finished high school, when a marketing internship introduced him to the world of property investment. That early exposure proved formative — within a decade, he had bought, sold, and invested in dozens of properties across multiple markets.

Graduating from American University in the wake of the real estate market crash, Amine turned adversity into opportunity by launching a construction company specializing in investor renovations. The experience gave him ground-level insight into how skilled operators analyze and execute deals — a perspective that would prove invaluable as his career evolved.

It was at American University that Amine met his future business partner, Seyi, on the soccer field. Recognizing that their skill sets were a natural fit, they eventually partnered to acquire, renovate, and exit distressed assets. That collaboration became the foundation for Nile Equity Group, where Amine draws on a decade-long career in the technology sector to identify and secure undervalued assets — building a growing track record of successful value-add investments across retail and multifamily properties.

Outside of work, Amine is deeply invested in his community. He coaches soccer with DeMatha/Bethesda Soccer Club, speaks to high school students about wealth building, and has been involved with Rotary International. He has also guest lectured at Georgetown University's Master's in Real Estate program, where he strives to inspire the next generation of investors.

At the center of it all, Amine's greatest role is the one he holds at home — as a father and husband.

Oluseyi (Seyi) Ademiluyi is the Co-Founder of Nile Equity Group, a Washington DC-based private equity real estate firm with over $100M in assets under management across multifamily and retail properties in the DMV and North Carolina.

Seyi's background is defined by curiosity, discipline, and a commitment to operating at the highest level. Raised across three continents — born in Washington DC, educated in Nigeria and Great Britain, and returning to the US to complete his Bachelor's degree in International Business at American University — he developed an early understanding of global markets and cross-cultural business that continues to inform his investment approach.

After a brief tenure in management consulting, Seyi committed fully to real estate investing and co-founded what is now Nile Equity Group. Over an 18-year career as a full-time investor, he has built a reputation for rigorous underwriting, patient capital deployment, and delivering consistent returns to a growing base of high-net-worth investors.

Beyond the firm, Seyi is actively involved in non-profit work focused on financial education for young people. He has spoken on real estate investing and wealth building, and is personally passionate about sports, travel, and lifelong learning.
