Church and Flint are two apartment complexes of 56 units purchased in 2016 for $1,092,900. Previously the asset was poorly managed so NEG had to replace the management team while investing $300,000 in renovations. Within two years, the occupancy went from 30% to 90%+. The buildings were refinanced and appraised for $2,400,000.
